Gee's Group is a growing organization, first started in 1982 by Joseph Gianascoli, founder and former owner of Copy Data Group. After selling in 1989, Joe and his son, David, bought a 36,000 square foot Class B office building on Lynnhaven Parkway and 5 acres of undeveloped property in Virginia Beach. The rest you might say is history.
Adding Michael Gianascoli in '96, the three have developed a thriving and successful organization. Established as a small, family owned business, Gee's Group launched on the premise that in the real estate business, tenants are the number 1 priority. Even today, Gee's Group is completely dedicated to its tenants and their needs.
Since 2001, Gee's Group has nearly doubled in size and become a multifaceted developer focused not only on office buildings but retail and residential development as well.
