5/27/03 - Grand Opening at 770 Lynnhaven Parkway. Gee's Group welcomes Chartway Federal Credit Union to Lynnhaven Corporate Center.
8/15/02 - Gee's Group has recently purchased property for development in downtown Naples Florida. The 35,000 square feet multi-use development will consist of apartments and retail/office space.

-- Newest to the Southport Centre building, Lawyer's Escrow & Title Insurance Agency LLC occupies 3,265 square feet.
November 2003
-- Booz Allen Hamilton's addition on the first floor of Twin Oaks II is now complete. Including their location on the third floor of Twin Oaks II, they now occupy a total of 13,634 square feet.
-- Also welcoming to the Twin Oaks family is Advo. Inc. Moving in later this month the organization will occupy 2,486 square feet in Twin Oaks II.

-- Gee's Group welcomes a new member to the Twin Oaks family. Moving in early October, PARSONS, will be occupying 5,461square feet. Current client, Orion, will be moving into our Southport Centre building.
September 2003
-- It's time for expansion!! Booz Allen Hamilton, currently located on the third floor of Twin Oaks II is adding on to their current space and have started construction on the first floor of Twin Oaks II. Building out 3,587 square feet the organization will occupy 13,634.
August 2003
-- The Boeing Company has begun construction on the second floor of Twin Oaks I. Moving in mid-September the office will occupy 3,784 square feet.
July 2003
-- Gee's Group has just purchased a 42,000 square foot shopping center located at 4740 Baxter Road in Virginia Beach. New tenants include Always Hair, Miller Auto Parts, Family Dollar and Nail Expressions.
-- Gee's Group welcomes Walgreen's to Twin Oaks 1. Located on the first floor, their corporate office occupies 4,418 square feet.
April 2003 -- Gee's Group has added 2 new members to the Twin Oaks Family. Cardinal Associates Insurance Agency now resides in the Twin Oaks II building, occupying 2,152 square feet. KSF Mortgage will be moving in later this month and located in the Twin Oaks I building.
12/3/02 - On November 20, 2002 Twin Oaks I was a training ground for local and regional law enforcement. At 8 AM approximately 60 FBI agents, local police and ATF agents stormed the Twin Oaks I office building simulating terrorist and hostage situations. In unoccupied, built out and furnished office space, London Bridge Trading Company headed up the week long exercise to help prepare our local and federal law enforcement agents to be better ready to protect us all.
Gee’s Group is excited to announce a new member to the Twin Oaks family. The Transportation Security Administration will be moving in to Twin Oaks II this December. Currently under construction, the 12, 502 square feet office space will house this organization, which oversees our nation’s transportation security services.
Lynnhaven Corporate Center was revamped this August by way of two new roof top units. Over the course of a long weekend Seaboard Mechanical Services installed these 50 and 30-ton units.
9/11/02 - On this day of solemn remembrance and commemoration the tenants of Twin Oaks I and II gathered in the courtyard between the two buildings to remember those lost on that tragic day a year before. The dedication included the pledge of allegiance, a moment of silence and dedication of an oak tree and plaque. The plaque was dedicated by 9 contributing tenants which included Booz Allen Hamilton, Gee's Group, Lockheed Martin, Manpower Incorporated, Mantech International Corporation, Orion International, Robert Brown & Associates, Spirit Cruises and Tanner, Mulkey, Gordon & Lollar. Following the commemoration a lunch headed up by Mantech and Booz Allen Hamilton took place in the lobby.
